3-Hour Workshop

One Day Seminar
Our full day seminar allows you and your team the opportunity to dig deeper, explore more course content, meet with and learn from Biltmore leaders, and participate in a field experience to see best practices in action. Engaging conversation and thoughtful exercises take the training from our classroom to your business as we provide you with opportunities to apply Biltmore methods throughout. Your one day seminar includes everything listed in the 3-hour plus:
- An in-depth look at the essentials of supervisory leadership at Biltmore and how supportive, team-oriented direction can take your career to new heights.
- Field experience in supervisory best practices with Biltmore supervisors.
- Participation in a lively panel discussion with Biltmore supervisors and department leaders who have come up through the ranks.

2 1/2 Day Program
The 2 1/2 day program is the most in-depth and effective way to experience the Biltmore approach and build the tools you need to move to the next level. Participants will talk with Biltmore leaders in a panel setting and during each field experience. Development of action plans and action plan consultation with a Biltmore facilitator is included. You’ll also have a chance to go behind the scenes to identify the critical steps of preservation and quality essential to the Biltmore mission. Your 2 1/2 day program includes everything listed in the one day plus:
- An in-depth examination of effective ways to manage employee performance, including setting goals and expectations, giving effective positive and constructive feedback, handling performance problems, and supervising with flexibility.
- A critical look at effective communication with employees and managers using one-on-one communication, delegation, conflict management techniques, and meeting effectiveness.
- Informal and formal coaching techniques, along with organizational change concepts and problem solving strategies.
