2 1/2 Day Program

The 2 1/2 day program is the most in-depth and effective way to experience the Biltmore approach and build the tools you need to move to the next level. Take the time to explore our strategically designed course material, going well below the surface to sharpen the skills needed to be a leader in your industry. Participants will talk with Biltmore leaders during multiple panels and at each field experience. Development of action plans and action plan consultation with a Biltmore facilitator is included. Your 2 1/2 day program includes everything listed in the one day plus:

  • Communication methodologies, leading through change, listening, verbal/non-verbal communication, and navigating various communication styles.
  • Discussion of the use of metrics in forecasting and scheduling, as well as problem-solving techniques to be used in day-to-day operational responsibilities.
  • Biltmore’s Performance Management System (processes and guidelines), which may be adapted for use in other organizations.
  • Strategic planning and an overview of how to use this system to calculate associated departmental or division budgets annually.
